Heirs' Property Clearinghouse

Mission Statement:

The KKAC Heirs Clearinghouse is designed to empower, support, and assist the historically underserved and minority populations, most notably that of the African-American community, by developing a more proactive approach to supporting individuals and families with solving property heirs’ issues.

What We Do​

  • Offer presentations on common heirs’ property issues and remedies

  • Assist participants with drafting wills that will allow them to successfully transfer land and other assets to designated family members, other individuals, or entities.

  • Provide participants legal assistance to resolve heirs’ property issues.
