Chief Operating Officer of KKAC with over 30 years of experience in managing projects with universities and federal and state agencies. Currently, he has ownership in a row crop farming operation and is the Senior Partner of Management Solutions, Inc (MSI).

Bio.

Harvell Howard is a 1999 graduate of Conway High School.  He also attended Hendrix College, graduating with a degree in Economics and Business and holds a Master of Public Service degree from the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service.  Harvell has had several job experiences in which he has lived in New York, Arizona, Africa and now, back home in Arkansas. He is pursuing a PhD. in leadership studies at the University of Central Arkansas and is currently working as a consultant for Essential Solutions, Inc., a consulting firm that assists organizations and individuals with building the necessary capacity to reach their goals, ultimately achieving success. Harvell believes that helping people is the key to success and self-fulfillment. He and his wife have three children, and reside in Central Arkansas.

Brentney Sargent was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.  She graduated from Pine Bluff High School  in 2015 and went on to attend college at The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. Brentney obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management, from UAPB in 2020.
