Project Management Coordinator

Program Management Coordinator will oversee the various projects a business implements to ensure they all align effectively with the organization’s mission and the program’s goals. The KKAC Organization leadership team will typically inform the Program Management Coordinator of their strategic direction and the goals they’d like the Organization to achieve. The Program Management Coordinator will then monitor the progress of several projects within their program to make sure they follow this direction and exceed these goals.

They’re responsible for working with finance to build a budget for the program and must ensure all projects stay within this budget. Most Program Management Coordinators create their own evaluation method to properly review and assess the strengths of their program and to determine any areas of improvement.

Executive Assistant

The Executive Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in supporting business operations to run efficiently. This position requires someone equipped with initiative, a positive attitude, and the readiness to be a team player. Job responsibilities may vary daily from project to project, but you will work with The KKAC Organization and serve as the direct assistant to the Executive Director, coordinating calendars, attending meetings, recording minutes, and completing other activities as assigned and self-initiated. The KKAC employees contribute work to all projects and daily work tasks. Employee responsibilities are subject to change as projects emerge and the workload changes. The Employee agrees to carry out all duties as assigned by the Employer.

Heirs' Property Clearinghouse Associate

The Heirs’ Property Clearinghouse (HPC) Department Associate will provide direct support to the HPC Department Manager in implementing initiatives that increase company visibility, clear land titles, and estate planning in historically underserved communities. This position requires someone community-driven, equipped with initiative, a positive attitude, and the readiness to be a team player. You will work with the KKAC HPC Department and partner organizations to assist historically underserved landowners, ranchers, and farmers in maintaining wealth and gaining access to additional wealth-building opportunities, most notably through USDA-NRCS programs. The KKAC employees contribute work to all projects and daily work tasks. Employee responsibilities are subject to change as projects emerge and the workload changes. The Employee agrees to carry out all duties as assigned by the Employer.
