Director of Operations

The Director of Operations will MAIN RESPONSIBILITY. This position requires someone community-driven, with initiative, a positive attitude, and the readiness to be a team player. You will work with KKAC DEPT and partner organizations to RESPONSIBILITIES. The KKAC employees contribute work to all projects and daily work tasks. Employee responsibilities are subject to change as projects emerge and the workload changes. The Employee agrees to carry out all duties as assigned by the Employer. 

IT Generalist/Manager

The IT Generalist/Manager will be responsible for a wide range of activities related to IT assistance, playing a critical role in supporting business operations to run efficiently. This position requires someone community-driven, with initiative, a positive attitude, and the readiness to be a team player. You will work with the KKAC Communications, Marketing, Outreach, and Technology (CMOT) Department to improve and maintain technological operations of the organization. The KKAC employees contribute work to all projects and daily work tasks. Employee responsibilities are subject to change as projects emerge and the workload changes. The Employee agrees to carry out all duties as assigned by the Employer.

Staff Attorney

The Staff Attorney will work with the KKAC team to oversee and maintain legal compliance of the entire organization. This position requires someone community-driven, with initiative, a positive attitude, and the readiness to be a team player. You will also work with the KKAC Heirs’ Property Clearinghouse (HPC) Department and partner organizations to assist historically underserved landowners, ranchers, and farmers in maintaining wealth and gaining access to additional wealth-building opportunities. Specifically by providing legal education and assistance on heirs’ property and estate planning. The KKAC employees contribute work to all projects and daily work tasks. Employee responsibilities are subject to change as projects emerge and the workload changes. The Employee agrees to carry out all duties as assigned by the Employer. 

Director of Finance

The Director of Finance will oversee and perform all financial functions within the organization. This position requires someone equipped with initiative, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and readiness to be a team player. You will work with The KKAC Organization to maintain and improve the financial health and compliance of all funding to include but not limited to payroll processing, financial projections, and financial reporting. The KKAC employees contribute work to all projects and daily work tasks. Employee responsibilities are subject to change as projects emerge and the workload changes. The Employee agrees to carry out all duties as assigned by the Employer. 

Communications, Marketing, Outreach, and Technology

The Communications, Marketing, Outreach, and Technology (CMOT) Department Associate. This position requires someone community-driven, with initiative, a positive attitude, and the readiness to be a team player. You will work with KKAC DEPT and partner organizations to RESPONSIBILITIES. The KKAC employees contribute work to all projects and daily work tasks. Employee responsibilities are subject to change as projects emerge and the workload changes. The Employee agrees to carry out all duties as assigned by the Employer.

Land Management Department Associate

The Land Management Department Specialist will provide direct support to the Land Management Department Manager in implementing initiatives that increase company visibility and agricultural education in historically underserved communities. This position requires someone community-driven, equipped with initiative, a positive attitude, and the readiness to be a team player. You will work with the KKAC Land Management Department and partner organizations to assist historically underserved land owners, ranchers, and farmers to gain access to wealth-building opportunities, most notably through USDA-NRCS programs. The KKAC employees contribute work to all projects and daily work tasks. Employee responsibilities are subject to change as projects emerge and the workload changes. The Employee agrees to carry out all duties as assigned by the Employer. 

Youth Services Department Associate

The Youth Services Department Associate will provide direct support to the Youth Services Department Director in implementing initiatives that increase company visibility and agricultural education for historically underserved/minority youth. This position requires someone community-driven, equipped with initiative, a positive attitude, and the readiness to be a team player. You will work with the KKAC Youth Services Department and partner organizations to assist historically underserved youth and students in gaining access to agriculture education, internships, scholarships, and resources. The KKAC employees contribute work to all projects and daily work tasks. Employee responsibilities are subject to change as projects emerge and the workload changes. The Employee agrees to carry out all duties as assigned by the Employer. 

Operations Administrator

The Operations Administrator will oversee the compliance and implementation of cooperative and grant activities. This position requires someone community-driven, with initiative, a positive attitude, and the readiness to be a team player. You will work with the KKAC Operations Department and partner organizations to RESPONSIBILITIES. The KKAC employees contribute work to all projects and daily work tasks. Employee responsibilities are subject to change as projects emerge and the workload changes. The Employee agrees to carry out all duties as assigned by the Employer. 

Director of Human Resources

The Human Resources Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resources (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy. This position requires someone equipped with initiative, a positive attitude, and readiness to be a team player. You will work with The KKAC Organization and Finance departments to ensure procedures and policies are performed in a timely manner. The KKAC employees contribute work to all projects and daily work tasks. Employee responsibilities are subject to change as projects emerge and the workload changes. Heirs' Property Clearinghouse Associate

The Heirs’ Property Clearinghouse (HPC) Department Associate will provide direct support to the HPC Department Manager in implementing initiatives that increase company visibility, clear land titles, and estate planning in historically underserved communities. This position requires someone community-driven, equipped with initiative, a positive attitude, and the readiness to be a team player. You will work with the KKAC HPC Department and partner organizations to assist historically underserved landowners, ranchers, and farmers in maintaining wealth and gaining access to additional wealth-building opportunities, most notably through USDA-NRCS programs.
